Die’s Laser Line PLUS for press brakes is the latest novelty from METALMAQ and now we will see the reason behind this new addition to our extensive catalogue.
THE STORY
Just over three years ago METALMAQ presented the Die’s Laser Line 60/90 equipped with a 10 mW laser (here you can see all the information about its presentation) and it was a great success. This product has been sold and sent to places as far away as Australia, New Zealand, USA, etc.
But METALMAQ always wants to innovate and, therefore, give its best solutions in each of its products. We had customers who wanted a more powerful module that could be plugged in, instead of being battery-powered. So then we created the i-Laser Line equipped with a 30 mW laser (3 times more than the previous model) and with a whole series of accessories (see all the information on its presentation), and its success was clearly not long in coming.
We already had two LASER LINES, but increasingly more customers wanted the practicality of the Die’s Laser Line 60/90 with the power of the i-Laser Line, and so we combined the best of each one and the NEW Die’s Laser Line PLUS was born, equipped with a 30 mW laser.
THE PRODUCTION
With the NEW PRODUCT (and as it is the third laser scribing system we have manufactured) we have learned a great deal and optimised its production in order to offer the best LASER LINE system at the lowest possible price.

Once assembled, they are tested one by one to ensure their optimal functioning, so that when the customer receives them, they can start working immediately.
WHY IS THE BEST SCRIBING SYSTEM IN THE WORLD?
The main features that make Die’s Laser Line PLUS a unique system for aligning parts in the bending operation include:
1. THE MOST POWERFUL LASER MODULE
We mount a powerful laser module, which complies with the UNE EN 60825-1/A2 standard and has the following features:

2. LASER MODULE SOLD SEPARATELY
The laser module has a lifetime of more than 8,000 hours with proper use. The laser module can also be purchased separately (as a spare part).
3. EASY INSTALLATION
With a simple handle, can be fitted to 60 m/m dies and with a small change of screws it can be adapted to dies up to 90 m/m wide, as can be seen in the following sketch:
4. QUICK ADJUSTMENT TO CENTRE THE LASER BEAM
Thanks to its two small handles, adjusting the laser beam to the centre of the matrix is extremely fast and very practical.
5. REVERSIBLE
Just by changing the clamping handle to the side die, is reversible and can be left- or right-handed.
6. SUPPLIED WITH TRANSFORMER
The Die’s Laser Line PLUS is supplied with a transformer, with an operating voltage of DC 5v for connection to the NEW PRODUCT and with two power supply options; for 220v EUROPEAN plug or 120v USA plug.
7. DESIGN
With a very careful design, has been manufactured in high strength aluminium, we have given it a black anodised finish on the lower parts and matte blue anodised on the upper body. This change (bi-colour) allows us to distinguish it quickly from the previous battery-powered Die’s Laser Line 60/90.
The result is a practical tool with a highly visual finish.

Its price is unrivalled and there is no other press brake laser line on the market that gives so much for so little.
