WHY DO WE MAKE VIDEOS?
We have been making videos for many years (we started in 2008), but they were not uploaded to YouTube. We left them on our website. These videos were created to show our customers different applications, special tools that we manufacture and an infinite number of accessories that we have been creating and manufacturing to help in sheet metal bending.
WHAT VIDEOS HAVE WE UPLOADED THIS YEAR?
In order of upload, the following 8 videos were posted in 2023:
– FEBRUARY 2023: LASER SLAG CLEANER
The new machine that we have added to our catalogue cleans laser cutting slag. It facilitates the cleaning task, drastically reducing the time required, increasing the quality of the cut parts, reducing the costs for changing the combs and increasing operator safety.
– APRIL 2023: REINFORCEMENT TOOL for press brake
The special tool was made for a customer and we decided to make a short video so that those interested could see how a reinforcement can be made when bending a part, to make the bend stronger and more resistant.
– MAY 2023: 120×120 MAGNETIC TEMPLATE for press brakes
We created a new product, the 120×120 MAGNETIC TEMPLATE for press brakes, ideal for use when operators make patterns or negatives of their parts which, due to their difficult geometry, cannot use, or it is not practical to use, the rear stops of their press brakes. The adaptation of the new MAGNETIC TEMPLATE is very simple and fast thanks to two strong magnets that are attached to it.
– SEPTEMBER 2023: PNEUMATIC HAMMER for separating parts
We included it in our catalogue because it is an extremely practical and essential tool for separating laser, punching or water jet cut parts with a micro-joint. It is connected to the air pressure network and is very easy to install and use.
– OCTOBER 2023: DIE’S LASER LINE PLUS, Press brake matrix laser line
This is our third Laser Line model and the development of our first DIE’S LASER LINE model, which has been a huge success on the market. The new model is three times more powerful, more compact and plug-in, so it is not necessary to change batteries. As always, we continue to innovate and improve day by day.
– NOVEMBER 2023: ST-44 FAST CLAMP, Promecam mooring
This clamp is a product that was created more than 30 years ago, but we have redesigned it. We have optimised all its manufacturing processes, managing to reduce its price by more than 30%. This is why we decided to make this new video.
