New series of the DIE’S LASER LINE 60/90 for press brake, after almost a year and a half of its presentation. It was a very innovative product, since we created a practical tool that drew a visible laser line on the metal sheet and, in this way, to be able to align the pieces that are complicated butting in the current systems of the press brakes..
THE FIRST SERIES
100 units of the DIE’S LASER LINE 60/90 were manufactured to be able to go on the market with a very competitive price. Obviously, before launching, we spent more than a year doing tests, prototypes and even a small pre-series that we left to several of our clients, so that they could test the qualities of the new tool before going on the market on a large scale and ensure that the success was guaranteed.
NEW PRODUCTION
Now we are fully immersed in the second production of another 100 units and, as you can see in the attached photos, we have optimized its manufacturing process to preserve the original price. Indeed, as you may be thinking, the price of aluminum (in which the DIE’S LASER LINE casing is made) has not stopped rising, that is why our R&D department has developed several tools to make its manufacture better by saving those minutes or seconds to the production process and that our customers can enjoy the original price of this fantastic tool.

THE FIRST SERIES OF THE DIE´S LASER LINE 60/90 HAS TRAVELED HALF THE WORLD.
The first series of 100 DIE’S LASER LINE began selling in Spain, quickly it was also sold in France and Portugal, and little by little it continued with Italy, Germany, Belgium, Holland, England, etc… but not everything was in Europe, we also started selling in the USA and Canada… even in countries as far away for us as Australia our DIE’S LASER LINE has gone on a trip.
As we like to say at METALMAQ, this has been a wonderful journey and thanks to the support of our customers, we have started the second series of 100 units…but that’s not all, some have told us that they wanted other possibilities of the LASER LINE and as we don’t know how to leave queries unanswered, we have and are working on it… for this reason, and without saying it too loudly, we will soon present a new model with other features so that customers can choose which of the two best suits their needs .
