METALMAQ doubles its stock of press brake tools and accessories at its headquarters in GAVA (Barcelona) Spain.
WHY THIS WAREHOUSE INCREASE?
There are two main reasons that have “forced” us to double our storage capacity at our headquarters in Gavà (Barcelona) Spain.
1st REASON
The first reason is our commitment to our customers to deliver all standard tools and accessories (80% of our catalogue) in 24/48 hours throughout the Spanish (peninsular) territory. And in our closest markets which are Portugal and France with deliveries in 72 hours.
This is achieved by having on STOCK the bending items that our clients request and, as can be understood, it is a constant investment of resources to satisfy said demand and offer the best possible service.
2nd REASON
METALMAQ is a very active company and this means that we have between one and two innovations a year, this reason is mainly the 2nd REASON why we needed more space in our warehouse.

JULY 2017; New Manual Back Gauge RPS-500/2 for metal sheet press brake
A redesign of the Manual Back Gauge RPS-500/2 is carried out and its production is increased to lower its final price.

The production of the NEW Fast Clamp ST-50 for the Promecam system begins and from the first day it is a success due to its quality / price ratio.

FEBRUARY 2018; New Support-P/60 for Protective Film
Creation of the new SUPPORT-P/60 for Protective Film. It is the only one on the market that adapts to dies and protective film without any type of screw, only with levers and quick fixings.

MAY 2018; New Fast Clamp AJIAL COLLY ST-70 of press brake
Thanks to the success of the Fast Clamp Promecam ST-50 many customers ask us for something similar for the AJIAL-COLLY type mooring and thus the NEW Fast Clamp ST-70 was born.

APRIL 2019; Redesign of the Manual Square with Variable Angle 53004
The Manual Square with Variable Angle 53004 was redesigned and its production increased due to the success achieved in markets in northern Europe and the USA.

JUNE 2019; New Electric Back Gauge RPS-500/MOTOR for metal sheet press brake
Due to the success of the Manual Back Gauge RPS-500/2 and at the suggestion of several customers, the NEW Electric Back Gauge RPS-500/MOTOR was created with unique characteristics and very easy self-assembly (in less than 5 minutes) by the customer.

JULY 2019; New punch mod. 10.05/85º for system PROMECAM
To meet the demand for higher tools used by the latest press brakes that are imported from the Asian giant, we created this punch that is more convenient for this type of customer.

MARCH 2020; New Fast Clamp ST-100 for FRONTAL mooring of punches Promecam
A unique clamp on the market. It is installed in the customer’s Promecam intermediaries and has the option of being able to insert and extract the Promecam punches FRONTALLY.

JUNE 2020; New SUPPORT-P/112 for the Protective Film
We increase the family of supports for the Proctive Films with the SUPPORT-P/112 that can be installed in dies with a maximum width of 112 m/m. And also without the need for screws and quick fixing by lever.

OCTOBER 2020; New DIE´S LASER LINE 60/90 for press brake
We create a new concept for the customer who works marking the metal sheet and to help him in this task we sell the NEW DIE´S LASER LINE 60/90, a product that opens up endless possibilities for bending complicated pieces and sometimes the back gauge falls short.

In view of the needs of many customers, we created a higher standard punch with more capacity, very competitively priced and available on our STOCK.

APRIL 2021; New die mod. MRA 60-2,5 and MRA 100-2,5
We increase the family of the dies MRA (WING BEND) with the two new models, the MRA 60-2,5 for system Promecam and the MRA 100-2,5 for system Trumpf, Wila, Beyeler. The family grows and the possibilities multiply.
