THE PROBLEM
In February of this same year, we started supplying our Laser Slag Cleaner, which was very well accepted.
METALMAQ entered the laser cutting market and we saw our customers separating parts by hand (which they had previously cut on their laser cutting machines). And we thought we should help them in this task.
THE SOLUTION
The solution is our new product, which, as its name suggests, works by connecting it to compressed air and with a simple gesture vibrates the sheet metal or the parts themselves directly. It separates them without any difficulty.
THE PRODUCT
The NEW product has the following features and advantages that make it an essential tool in any workshop dedicated to laser cutting of metal parts;
– Made of aluminium and anodised in dark grey.
– Automatic, activation with pressure on the parts to be separated. That is to say, it has no button or trigger, making it very easy to use on a daily basis.
– The cut pieces are separated very easily by vibrating the sheet itself or the cut pieces.
– Reduction of the time required to separate the metal parts once they have been cut.
– Effortless and maximum safety for the operator. Is very ergonomic, it fits in the palm of the hand and means that the operator does not have direct contact with the cut metal parts and therefore increases the operator’s safety.
– Quick installation and standard air intake. Connect it to the air supply and it’s ready to work.
– Vibration control with air inlet regulation. With the regulation of the air inlet flow rate. We regulate the power of the vibration, so logically the less air the less power and vice versa.
OPTIONALLY you can also buy the replacement for the Pneumatic Hammer . Which over the years can be damaged as it comes into contact with the metal parts.
