METALMAQ display stand at BIEMH 2022 trade fair, which was held in Bilbao from 13 to 17 June 2022.
OUR TRACK RECORD AT BIEMH
METALMAQ has been attending the Bilbao BIEMH trade fair since 1994, without interruption, except for the year 2020, when the event was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
As a manufacturer of press brake tools and accessories, we do not require a lot of stand space. As you can see in the following pictures, this year we had our own designed display stands for the first time, so that our customers could see our new products in a more practical way and put them into practice.
PRESENTATION AND NEWS
On this occasion we presented several very novel products, which had not yet been presented at any physical trade fair, and I will list them from oldest to newest:
– P/112-SUPPORT for protective film, we have extended the family of supports. Due to the success of the P/60-SUPPORT for installation in dies of 60 m/m at most, we design and manufacture the P/112-SUPPORT which is fitted for dies up to 112 m/m wide, the same practicality, speed and good taste, but in a large size, to be able to hold the protective film and avoid marks when folding the sheet.
– DIE’S LASER LINE 60/90 for press brake. A year and a half after its online presentation, DIE’S LASER LINE continues to reap success, as it is the first standardized visible laser line on the market suitable for all press brakes, which helps to align previously marked metal sheets, with practicality, simplicity and a full guarantee.
– Punch mod. 10.057 was recently introduced and is the largest standardized Promecam clamping punch on the market. It is manufactured in lengths of 505 m/m, as it weighs 34 Kg!!! and can make very large U shapes.
– MRA 60-2.5 and MRA 100-2.5 dies, the MRA family has expanded to be able to make very specific parts. There was a considerable gap between the MRA 60-2 and the MRA 60-3, and this new die does extraordinary things in its performance range.
– Left magnetic squares PLUS and right magnetic squares PLUS, these two squares are a redesign of the ones we already manufactured years ago and as expected, the market has confirmed their success with the arrival of many orders. It is an extremely handy tool for bending small parts at an inclined angle, highly recommended for customers with laser cutting and specializing in small parts.
Finally, we also gave a small presentation of a new solution for the marking LASER LINE. But for those who could not come to BIEMH 22, you will have to wait until mid-September when it will be presented online.
CONCLUSIONS AND IMPRESSIONS
The truth is that with all the tools at our fingertips online, trade shows seem pointless, especially because of the cost they involve. But greeting customers, partners, and friends in person is priceless.
