MAGNETIC SQUARE PLUS for press brake

Magnetic Square PLUS for press brake for many years, which has always been a best seller, but through comments from our customers we decided to totally redesign it doing something worthy of our philosophy; MORE FOR LESS, that is, more features for less cost and so we began to investigate how to make the NEW MAGNETIC SQUARE PLUS for press brake. Below you will see the results.

R&D WORK

After several prototypes and small meetings with some clients, we begin to see what the NEW Magnetic Square PLUS will be like.

After manufacturing a small pre-series and leaving them to some clients so that they can test them using it on a daily basis, we see that the NEW PRODUCT is already a reality and we begin its large-scale production.

THE PRODUCTION

In the following photographs you can check various phases of the assembly of the NEW Magnetic Squares PLUS where, thanks to the large series manufactured, we have been able to optimize their assembly.

MORE BENEFITS

The most outstanding features of the NEW PRODUCT and that make it, at the moment, a UNIQUE Magnetic Square in the entire metal deformation market are the following;

1.- INCORPORATION OF TWO POWERFUL MAGNETS

Two new very powerful neodymium magnets have been incorporated. Between the two of them they have a clamping force of 33Kg, making the clamping of the New Square extraordinary.

2.- INCREASE OF THE WORK DIMENSION

The work surface has been increased, which is now 150 x 180 m/m on the Stainless steel plate (with a perfect sandblasted finish).

Two zones have been defined, the first fixed zone and the second zone with a variable angle.

3.- ANGLES MARKED WITH LASER

The angles on the moving part of the Square have been laser marked. Where a display has also been incorporated.

4.- ALL THE MOVEMENTS ARE MADE WITH A HANDLE, WITHOUT SCREWS!

To facilitate the work of the operator, all the screws have been removed and all the adjustments are made by means of handles.

It is totally illogical to make a Magnetic Square to speed up the work of the operator in the preparation of the pieces to be folded and force him to look for an Allen key to adjust said square. Thanks to the handles this does NOT happen in the NEW PRODUCT.

5.- TWO MODELS; LEFT AND RIGHT

Two different Square models have been created; the left and the right, since depending on the piece to be folded, one or the other will be more convenient. In 90% of the cases and due to their low cost, the customer chooses to buy both models to speed up folding operations on small parts.

Many customers ask us, how can it be that in the current context of rising materials around the world, you make a new and better square at a lower price?

Well here the explanation is easy, we have optimized all the processes and increased the manufactured series to GUARANTEE that everyone can have a perfect MAGNETIC SQUARE PLUS for their metal sheet press brake.
