WHY MODIFY THE SQUAD?
Many customers ask us; ¿Why a revision of the Square 53004? , if, it really is a relatively new square, since we started its production about 3 years ago. But we have customers who made us some interesting proposal and we decided to modify the following aspects:
– Incorporation of a millimeter ruler (marked with laser) to quickly visualize grades from 0 to 60º. Improving so the speed and practicality of this square.
– Substitution of the square handle of the variable angle. This new handle is more ergonomic and can be re-positioned to suit the customer’s requirements, without losing the position of the angle.
With these two improvements, the square is still more a benchmark in the market. For customers who want a manual square to fix in the die of his press brake, with a ruler to put an angle and bend with absolute precision.
NEW SQUARE 53004
Apart from the recent modifications, its main characteristics remain;
– Variable angle from 0º to 60º to square the metal sheet in the bending process
– Quick handle to fix to the die
– Manufactured in highly-resistant aluminium and minimum weight (1,5 Kg)
– Fixed square of 300 m/m and variable square at 180 m/m
– Maximum adaptation to dies of 80 m/m width
– The same square is left hand or right hand with an easy adjustment
