METALMAQ presents a NEW punch for press brake, increasing so its extensive range of standard punches and with immediate delivery.
WHY A NEW MODEL OF PRESS BAKE PUNCH?
Customers are gettig more demanding in terms of the jobs they must carry out on their press brake and this led us to study a NEW punch that is bigger and with greater bending capacities, for an increasingly competitive market.
Until now the largest standard punch was the punch mod. 10.055, with a useful height of 165 m/m plus the mooring. The NEW punch mod. 10.057 has a height of 200 m/m plus mooring and a much higher interior capacity.
THE RESULT
The result of this study is the creation of a punch with a lot of “crowfoot”, that is to say, with a lot of internal capacity, to bend very large “U” without collisions. Manufactured with Promecam mooring and provided with anti-fall safety race, with H=230 m/m total (200 m/m useful + mooring), with Radius 0,8 m/m, angle of 85º and with a resistance of 70 Ton/mt.
It is made of C-50 steel tempered by induction (with a hardness in the working areas of 52-58 HRC) and rectified. And as always with the maximum guarantee of interchangeability between them.
Its standard length is 505 m/m and also 500 m/m fractioned provided with anvils. In this case, it has been manufactured in these shorter lengths, since it is a very large punch, therefore very heavy and thus we facilitate the work of the operator in the change of tools in the press brake. The section of 505 m/m has a weight of 34 Kg.
We call this NEW model of punch 10.057 and we already have it in STOCK at our customers’ disposal and with an incredibly fast delivery.

Thanks to the graphic (red colored) incorporated in it, you can see the dimensions of the metal sheet that can be bent and if there are “collisions” with the punch when bending it. As an example, we have incorporated an “U” shaped metal sheet of 130x80x130 m/m to demonstrate the type of work that can be done with this punch.
