After the sales success of the Manual Back Gauge RPS-500/2 , two years ago a retrofitting was made, improving its characteristics and lowering the price, METALMAQ goes one step further and creates, upon our customers request, a new gauge that, while retaining the same peculiarities as the previous one:

– Electrical displacement of the stops through a control panel

– Adaptation to any press brake of the market

– Control panel provided with magnets, to facilitate the placement of the same in any part of the press brake. In the assembly it is NOT necessary to drill in the folder

– The electrical panel is integrated in the structure of the stop, therefore the frame must not be installed in the press brake

– The control panel is very easy and practical to use

– Easy adjustment of the stops

– The stop is supplied with all cables and ready to operate with 220 V voltage

The technical characteristics of hte NEW Electric Back Gauge RPS-500/MOTOR are;

– Race of 500 m/m (19,685 inches), with movement by motor of 0,37Kw, with reducer and encoder. Tolerance 0,1 m/m

– UNITRONICS viewer (of military origin), very reliable and with internal memory (to save the stop position in the absence of voltage). With built-in emergency stop.

– Electrical panel incorporated in the back part of the stop and with FUJI frequency inverter

– Supply voltage 220v

– Electronic limit switches (programmed internally in the display)

– Trapezoidal spindle and bronce nut. Movement tolerance 0,1 m/m

– Two stops with between-center of 520 m/m, foldable and adjustable in height

– Possibility of installing a bar
