Metalmaq at BIEMH 2026, just like every two years and since 1994 we were present at the last fair in Bilbao 2026 (the most important industrial fair in Spain and perhaps the third in importance in all of Europe), which was held from 2 to 6 March of this year. The fair is back to reconnect with the metal industry and is once again held in March as it was in the past.
OUR STAND AT THE BIEMH
As we usually do, our stand was 20m2, which was plenty of space to showcase our new products and chat with our partners and customers who usually drop by the trade fair to say hello and see the new products we bring out year after year.

PRESENTATION AND NEW PRODUCTS
On this occasion, we presented a very new product worldwide that will be launched on the market next September and, for the moment, we can’t say anything in advance.
However, below is an account of what aroused most interest among our customers;
LASER SLAG CLEANER
We have been selling these cleaners for several years now to clean the laser cutting slag that accumulates on cutting tables. The slag that accumulates on the laser makes cutting difficult and damages the quality of the cut parts.
The novelty is that we now have two models, which were very well received at the fair. There is no other machine of this type on the market with such a competitive price/quality ratio.
The two models we manufacture are;

The particularity of these two machines is the way the blades work, as they “embrace” the fakir beds and remove the slag very easily, without tool wear and facilitating the work and safety of the operator.
PNEUMATIC HAMMER PARTS SEPARATOR
An ideal complement to a cutting laser, this pneumatic hammer is very effective for separating parts once they have been cut with the laser.

CONCLUSIONS AND IMPRESSIONS
The trade fair has gradually changed the mindset of those of us who take part. It is no longer just a place where you are introduced to new people and make sales; it is now a forum for exchanging views, showcasing new products and strengthening ties with partners and customers.
